Shipping policy

We ship your order within 1 day from receiving payment. Delivery time ranges from 3 to 14 days depending on your location.

 

• -Mail that is not received within 15 days should be reported to us within 20 days from purchase.
• -All overnight mail that is  not received within 1-3 days should be reported to us within 24 hours from delivery date.

 

International

• -We ship FOB
• -Parcels left without proper sign off is the responsibility of the buyer. but must contact us if you want the no signature option (714)519-9219
• -All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees. Tooth Kandy cannot control and is not responsible for any duties and or taxes applied to your shipment. As an importer you will be responsible for paying all charges for customs clearance. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.
• -We will supply all necessary documentation for a speedy clearance. If your customs require additional information, please forward any inquiry to us.
